The institution is located in the heart of Edathua on 5 acres of land. The institution has a very good infrastructure with advanced laboratories equipped with state-of-the-art equipment so that the trainees can get hands-on experience with the latest technologies.
Teaching Learning Facilities
Classrooms
The classrooms are quite spacious, well lighted and ventilated.
Computer Lab
All the computers in the laboratories are equipped with the latest hardware and software systems which are updated regularly to cater to the current demands.
Library
The library is situated at Xavier block with a seating capacity of 20 students. The Institution Library is the hub of learning with a rich collection of books, standard reference sources and other study materials.
Smart Room
Smart rooms are multi-purpose rooms designed for students to collectively work on class projects and presentations. These rooms combine meetings, discussions, presentation venues, and seminars. The smart room is equipped with two networked computers and a multimedia data projector.
Assembly Yard & Common Hall
The institution has an assembly yard and a common hall. The various programs like seminars, talks by eminent persons, etc., are arranged in the common hall.
Ground
The institution has a badminton court, a volleyball court and a multi-purpose ground used for various outdoor sporting activities.

The institution has a facility for compositing garden waste and kitchen waste.
Rainwater harvesting
Institutional rainwater harvesting systems are excellent for teaching young people about the advantages of protecting our natural resources. They assist the next generation to acquire a sense of environmental responsibility while saving money by not wasting water. The Pius X ITI campus has a water storage system to emphasize the significance of sustainable resource management. It gathers rainwater from the roofs of different campus buildings, filters it, and directs it to the tank for storage.
